Bei YL Software gibt es derzeit die WinUtilities (das ist so was wie die TuneUp Utilities oder die Glary Utilities, ne Sammlung von einzelnen Tools unter einer Oberfläche vereint) in der Version 9.41 kostenlos, statt für 49,99 US-Dollar inklusive Lizenzcode zum Download – das ganze natürlich nur für Softpedia-User.

Das Programm ist afaik nur in englischer Sprache verfügbar, was bei solcherlei Tools allerdings nicht das Riesenproblem darstellen sollte. Ich meine, Begriffe wie ‘Disk Cleaner’ oder ‘Disk Defrag’ werden ja ohnehin nicht übersetzt.
