Schluckt Microsoft Yahoo?

Frei nach dem Motto ‘Was Google kann, das können wir auch’ versucht Microsoft laut Golem eine feindliche Übernahme von Yahoo und bietet dafür mal eben schlappe 44,6 Milliarden! Dollar (das sind 31 Dollar pro Aktie). Interessanterweise liegt das Angebot offenbar 62% über dem aktuellen Börsenwert.

Die Bezahlung soll zu 50% in bar und zu 50% in Microsoft-Aktien erfolgen. Yahoo hat sich bislang noch nicht dazu geäussert.
